Is my information confidential?

Miss C.E.O. can provide you with a signed confidentiality agreement to eliminate your confidentiality concerns request a confidentiality by contacting missceo@missceo.com.au

Are these services tax deductible?

Claiming workshops, mentoring & coaching is specific to each individual. Talk to your accountant to see what services are tax deductible.

Who do I contact if I am not happy with the service?

 We want to ensure our customers are happy with the services provided. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the service, please contact missceo@missceo.com.au and we will make our best efforts to resolve.  

Can I get customized service packages?

Sure, please send us your preferred customized package of services to missceo@missceo.com.au

What happens if I don’t live in Perth, Australia?

All of our services (excluding workshops and the convention) can occur online. So you can be anywhere in the world and still attend coaching and mentoring sessions.

What happens if I don’t get along with my mentor or coach?

Our mentors and coaches are friendly, professional and have a great amount of experience and knowledge to share. However, we do understand that a mentor/coach relationship requires a certain professional bond. If you would like to change mentor/coach  then please contact us before your second session to re-assign you and no additional charges will be made. 

What happens if my mentor/coach is not available at times that suit me?

Mentors will make their best efforts to facilitate a session at a time that is convenient for you. In the unlikely case where a convenient time cannot be scheduled,  Miss C.E.O. will provide you with another recommend mentor. 

What methods of communication are available for mentoring/coaching?

We can run face to face, over the phone and skype sessions. 

What happens if I need to cancel a mentoring or coaching session?

Please contact straight away to re-schedule, sessions are charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session. 

I don’t know what industry I want to be in, can I still be mentored?

Of course you can!  From the information you provide in step 2 of the process, we will review and assign you with a mentor that aligns with your goals.

I booked multiple sessions, but I am unable to continue attending, what can I do?

If you are unable to attend the multiple sessions that you have booked, please contact us and we will discuss a way forward.
