Mounica started her engineering journey in chemical engineering and completed her internship on waste water treatment.
After graduation, Mounica was presented with an opportunity to work in the Rail Industry in Melbourne and then resulted with her accepting a Graduate Rail Engineer Role in February 2017 in Perth.
Mounica's favorite part of the graduate program is the wide range of roles that she gets exposed to, this includes:
" I enjoy being handed over jobs that I am accountable for as the challenge that comes along with its execution keeps me stimulated and motivated to achieve targets. "
"My ultimate aspiration is become the best version of myself in every aspect of my life, be it professional or personal. For me to achieve this I set goals and think of ways to conduct them.
I reflect on each aspect of these on a day-to-day basis and think of ways to improve my ways and habits to achieve my smaller goals to achieve by ultimate aspiration."
"Life does not happen all according to a certain plan, there will be deviations from how we expect to do life and the best thing to do is make the most of the situation that you are in and keep reminding yourself of your ultimate goal.
I believe that positivity will take you a long way, there is a whole of wealth of knowledge for one to explore, have an open mind and learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, because it’s an indication of growth. "

Ebony worked in projects and found it difficult for job security and stability. The project reduced the hours for multiple roles so she considered other avenues. Ebony was introduced to eyelash extensions through a friend and took the basic and advanced training for her new venture.
"It was quite intimidating... I was at home practicing my technique until I finally felt confident enough to take on my own clients".
Ebony's hard work establishing her business Eyes to Envy has been recognized! Eyes to Envy has now been featured in Lash Inc. magazine that is distributed throughout Australasia!
"This has been one of the most rewarding and best decisions I have made. I can use my creativity and love art to add a touch of glamour to my gorgeous clients, whilst creating friendships and meeting some amazing people along the way. I am so grateful my friend who encouraged me to try something new and give it a go!"
We are very excited to see where Ebony takes her business!
